New features added to S-PLUS since S-PLUS 6 Release 1
In section 6.7.2:  Note 2 In S-PLUS 6 Release 2, you can export all pages of a graphsheet. Check the 'All Pages' checkbox.
 

Errors
on page 21, section 3.2.1:  'filed' should be  'field'
on page 37,  DOUBLE, FACTOR and TIMEDATE should be in a different font
on page 221, exercise 2 of Chapter 5:  DATA ENTRY should be in a different font.
on page 224, exercise 6 of Chapter 6:  BAR PLOT should be in a different font.
 

Remarks
on page 20,  S-PLUS 6 Release 2 will no longer ask by default to save a modified data window to disk. You can change this default as described in Appendix B.
on page 221, exercise 1c, Chapter 3:  The filter expression field on the data import dialog is grayed when file type sdd is selected. This is a bug, so this exercise cannot be done.
